Mr. Bianchi has broad experience in international,
commercial and business transactions, in several jurisdictions and legal systems.
He has practised extensively in the U.S.A., Latin America and Europe, in tax and
corporate matters, including the establishment of businesses and joint ventures
in the U.S. and elsewhere; project finance; commodities, insurance, reinsurance,
and maritime law; banking and finance, including the negotiation of international
loans and the restructuring of the same; securitization; European and U.S. anti-trust
law; mining transactions; distribution, licensing, stockholders' and other commercial
agreements generally; real estate matters; and estate, income and offshore matters
for private clients. He currently concentrates his practice on the representation
of non-U.S. clients with businesses and interests in the U.S.; and the representation
of U.S. and other clients in transactions involving Latin America and Spain.
